Q:  I need my medical records tranferred to another physician.  What is your fee?
A:  Your medical records are yours.  You do not have to pay for what is yours.  You need to fill out a request form. Call the office.
 
Q:  Is my CDL physicals covered by my health insurance?
A:  No.
 
Q:  Why do you not see patients under the age of 2?
A:  As a small practice, it is hard to order and stock small amounts of vaccines required to treat infants.
 
Q:  How can I get vaccines that your office does not carry?
A:  At the local health department.  For special vaccines to travel abroad, you will have to contact a "travel medicine" clinic.
 
Q:  How can I complain about your office?
A:  Speak to Dr. Yoon directly.
 
Q:  Can I get samples of prescription medication(s)?
A:  Yes, if we have some, and only with Dr. Yoon's approval.
 
Q:  Do I have to call Dr. Yoon before I go to the emergency room?
A:  No.
 
Q:  When should I call back if I do not hear back from you?
A:  In about 2 hours.
